How We Walk This Path Together
My foundation is Psychodynamic Therapy. We explore how earlier experiences and attachment patterns still color your life today. Insight is a beautiful start, but insight alone is rarely enough for true healing. Real change requires emotional processing and learning to regulate your nervous system.
That is why our work is both reflective and experiential. Our sessions last 90 minutes, allowing enough space for you to truly land, breathe, and go deeper without the pressure of a ticking clock.
Everything we do is grounded in safety, pacing, and a deep respect for your boundaries. Therapy is not about fixing you. It is about helping you feel whole and steady in yourself again.
An Integrative & Somatic Approach
I believe in a holistic way of working: we listen to your thoughts, but we pay close attention to the wisdom of your body. Depending on what your system needs, I gently weave different methods into our sessions:
- Brainspotting: A profound, brain-based therapy that uses your field of vision to process emotional or traumatic pain held deep in the subcortical brain. It reaches the places where talking alone cannot go.
- Somatic Experiencing: A gentle, body-oriented approach focused on releasing stored stress and restoring balance to your nervous system.
- Inner Child Work: Tending to the younger parts of you that still carry old wounds or unmet needs, helping them feel seen and safe.
- Family Constellations: Gaining clarity on systemic patterns and unconscious loyalties within your family lineage that might be weighing you down.
- Regression Therapy: Safely revisiting past experiences to find the closure and resolution your system has been waiting for.
